MM Business Management (Blended Learning)

Program Description


The MM Business Management – Blended Learning program is a 42-credit Master of Management designed for recent graduates and professionals with high mobility and demanding work schedules, offering flexibility through a blended learning format. The curriculum encompasses knowledge in functional management areas, innovation, entrepreneurship, business research, human resource management, business ethics, as well as courses in strategic management and digital business. Students will acquire up-to-date practical and analytical skills relevant to modern managerial practices, with a strong focus on developing sustainable customer value.
Graduates are expected to be proficient in designing innovative business strategies and navigating entrepreneurial challenges. The program also emphasizes the development of soft skills, such as the ability to align and balance the often conflicting demands of various stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, the community, media, and government.
