Program Description


The MM Strategy & Execution in Blended Learning is a 42-credit, 18-month Master of Management (MM) program designed for executives with at least five years of industry experience, particularly those in managerial, senior managerial, or director-level roles involved in corporate strategy design and implementation. It is also suitable for entrepreneurs managing start-ups and overseeing strategic development. The blended-learning format offers flexibility, allowing participants to engage in their studies at any time and from any location, accommodating their busy schedules.
This program focuses on strategy and execution, covering contemporary issues such as disruptive strategy and strategizing in the ‘internet of everything’ era. It emphasizes the development of strategic thinking and effective execution, with five core courses: strategic thinking, strategy execution, disruptive strategy, strategy in financial technology, and sustainable business strategy. These courses are comparable to those offered at top business schools like Harvard, INSEAD, and Stanford.
Participants will be challenged to rethink assumptions, generate growth-oriented ideas, and engage with diverse, experienced peers from various industries. Faculty members, with extensive professional and consulting expertise in strategic management, use a mix of teaching methods, including lectures, guest speakers, case studies, and field projects. The program develops key skills in strategy formulation and execution, creative thinking, communication, team management, and leadership, with faculty advisors supporting thesis completion.
