Chairman of Jebsen & Jessen Indonesia Group

Radju Munusamy is the Chairman for Jebsen & Jessen Indonesia Group of Companies, a Southeast Asia based industrial and manufacturing Group with presence in 7 different industry sectors.

Radju joined Jebsen & Jessen in 2015 with a mandate to accelerate the Group’s business growth and presence in Indonesia. Previously, Radju was the President Director of PT. Korpindo Konsultansi, a strategic advisory firm while at the same time he was also a Director in Tusk Advisory Pte Ltd (Tusk), an infrastructure advisory firm and President Director of PT. Tiara Minerva (The Thinking Machine), a marketing consultancy firm. During his years in consultancy, Radju had assisted many blue chip corporations and government agencies in their growth initiatives, and successfully led teams in executing many complex assignments. Prior to that, he was a Director at Jaya Perkasa Engineering, an Indonesian industrial and technology company, and as consultant with McKinsey & Co, in Boston and Jakarta.

Radju is well exposed both in the strategic side as well as in the operation side of business management. He has led large management teams, structured complex financial deals, and consulted for multinational corporations. He has dealt with private sectors, financiers, multilateral institutions and government agencies having worked in different geographies. His working experience covers portfolio of sectors ranging from infrastructure, natural resources, agro-commodities, manufacturing, and financial services among others.

In addition to holding Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA, Radju also hold a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and Bachelor of Engineering degree from College of Engineering Guindy, India. He is also the co-founder of Biru Voice, a Non-Government Org. with focus on Climate Change.
