The development of blended learning is one of the challenges that current education is confronted with as a consequence of globalization and technology advancements. According to the typology of blended learning practices, a great number of educational institutions and practitioners have established and characterized blended learning practices in their own languages. A synthesis or combination of numerous features, such as web-based learning, streaming video and audio, and communication with traditional learning systems, as well as methodologies, learning theories, and pedagogical dimensions, define as blended learning. Many experts believe that blended learning is characterized as a synthesis or combination of these many aspects. In addition, they stated that blended learning is a teaching approach that blends face-to-face training in the classroom with online instruction. The goal of blended learning is to enhance the amount of active independent learning that students engage in while simultaneously decreasing the amount of face-to-face interaction that occurs in the classroom.

Blended learning is a combination of traditional learning activities that are often carried out in the classroom and then mixed with online learning that can be done independently or in collaboration with other students in order to reach the desired results. In addition to this, blended learning not only offers students the opportunity to gain additional experience, but it also offers a number of additional advantages. These advantages include increasing student access to learning materials and making it easier for them to access them, enhancing the quality of learning, and lowering the educational expenses.

Aside from that, there are a few traits that are associated with associative learning. In other words, the learning that is utilized is a combination of various delivery techniques, training models, learning styles, and various tools that are based on competencies. Learning in person, or a combination of learning in person, learning independently, and learning online. Both parents and teachers play equally vital roles in the classroom. Parents are facilitators, while teachers are those who provide assistance. In the second place, mixed learning, which is a combination of face-to-face, autonomous, and independent online learning, needs to be supported by a combination of effective teaching and learning methods in order to ensure that all sides, the teachers and the students, have the same role.

In summary, blended learning, which is a component of learning through the use of technology in the classroom, can be beneficial to both the teachers and the students in terms of teaching and learning. By accelerating the rate of learning, decreasing expenses connected with teaching materials or program delivery, and making better use of time, online learning opportunities and the utilization of educational resources and other technology have the potential to unquestionably boost educational production.
