Juvenile delinquency is an important social problem that must be considered by the Indonesian people. Many people in Indonesia are not aware of or pay attention to the individual development of their children. Unattended child development has the potential to trigger the child to become a deviant individual so that it affects their educational level in the future. Especially in this pandemic period where online media is an important necessity in everyday life. The use of online media at any time can make these teenagers become dependent and form a mentality that makes them lazy in reading. This is supported by the literacy level of the people in Indonesia, which is ranked 62 out of 70 countries. This design will use a mix method, namely through interviews and questionnaires.
