The Stall of Ambarawa

Indonesia is a country that was once colonized and many important war events
occurred in achieving its independence. One of the most important post-independence
wars was the Ambarawa War, a war that lasted for 2 months and claimed nearly 2,000
lives. However, there are not many animated films that tell about this war, according
to Google Trends, there are only less than 2000 people who have searched for this
war. Even though there is a lot of media that is consumed now. Like Youtube, the
media that is consumed by many people, which is dominated by people aged 18 – 34
years. On Youtube itself, one of the videos that is watched a lot is a movie as much as
16.2%. Such as action films, documentary films, animated films, etc. Through the
filming of the history of the Ambarawa war into animation, it is hoped that it will
increase the interest of the youth – adults in this war. The media that will be used is
qualitative.
