Saladdays is one of the new duo bands from Malang City who started to produce their new song entitled “Tell Me”. This song tells of someone who is having trouble expressing his anxiety and all kinds of things that undermine his confidence so that he feels uncomfortable and doesn’t even love himself. In this phenomenon, the author is collaborating with Saladdays and use video clips as a medium to increase awareness of mental health campaigns, especially to accept and love yourself more by using the type of cinematic video clip which focuses on a clear narrative or intent. The MV begins with a sad mood scene that shows how stressful and painful it feels to be someone trapped in feelings of not accepting and loving oneself. Until finally finding a resolution to see and recognize himself more deeply and then lead to acceptance and happiness displayed through a warm and cheerful mood. The conclusion, in the video clip “Tell Me” by Saladdays is that loving oneself requires knowing oneself more deeply so that one can accept and love oneself.
