The three things above are natural for every human being today, considering that before the pandemic, where almost everyone socialized, went to work, went to school, and did various other activities outside the home. Moreover, the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on several aspects, such as education, economy, social, tourism, to health. One of the impacts on health aspects that arise today is the decline in mental health. To overcome those problems, here are several ways to stay productive during pandemic 

Enough sleep 

As individuals, we must have enough sleep. In general, humans need 8 hours of sleep. Sleep time has a big role in a person’s mental health, this is because if a person’s sleep time is not enough it will have an impact on the psychological state and mental health. Psychological impacts that will arise if a person’s sleep time is not enough are depression, anxiety disorders, and several other disorders. 

Regular Exercise 

The number of daily activities makes humans need relaxation for their bodies. Exercise is one thing that can be done to relieve boredom and boredom. One of the sports that can relax the body is yoga. 

Setting boundaries between work and daily activities  

During a pandemic like this, an individual must be smart to divide time between work and other activities. This is very important for workers, because without us realizing it, WFH or Work from Home drains a lot of our time which we can usually use to spend time with family, friends, or rest. The advantage of an individual is to set boundaries so that burnout does not occur or a situation where the individual experiences excessive stress or fatigue. This can be done by making daily plans, by making individual daily plans able to do everything well and regularly.
