Is it dangerous for our health? indeed it is dangerous.

Therefore, no matter how narrow your house is, no matter how much your schoolwork is, no matter how busy you are with work and all kinds of things. Exercise has many benefits, ranging from preventing obesity (which also prevents the onset of degenerative diseases such as diabetes and heart disease), improving mood, as well as training cooperation and sportsmanship in group sports.

Group sports conducted with friends such as basketball and football should be avoided. In addition to being difficult to maintain a safe distance from friends when exercising, the tools used are also touched by many people. Don’t forget, choose a location large enough to loop the rope.
