Entertainment side of the website can be described if the design of the website is interesting, cool, and imaginative; can make consumers feel the pleasure and convenience when browsing on the website (Mazaheri, Richard, Laroche, & Ueltschy, 2013). The design of the web include graphic, display quality (good or not), text (large or small), audio, colors, pop-up windows, search engines, product classification, and “one-click” features on the procedure of payment when consumer is finished making a purchase and want to pay it, the things that are mentioned above is very influential on consumer purchase intention (Liu, Li, & Hu, 2013; Prashar, Vijay, & Parsad, 2017). Visual appeal that is displayed by the website can influence the evaluation of the consumer and will show the internal reaction from consumers. Research in India undertaken by (Prashar, Vijay, & Parsad, 2015) says that consumers who purchase online prefer shopping at websites that have appealing graphics, design, and layout. So, it can be said that website entertainment such as text, graphics, design, color, and all that already mentioned above simply affect the consumers and impact on consumer purchase intention.

When the existing features in the website are user friendly or not in terms of making consumers confused when want to use these features, and features that are available it is also can be used by all ages, and do not close the possibility of description and clear information for its use will greatly add value the website. The look of the website that is user friendly, easy to use, and attractive, will have an impact on consumer purchase intention. On the contrary, when the features of the website are not easy to use and make consumers confused, consumers will undo the intention to buy, and consumers will likely to find other websites that they understand more, and the existing features can be used well without having to make consumers confused and spend more time and effort. According to Chen & Wells (1999) in Gao & Bai (2014) indicators of entertainment is website that’s fun for browsing, attract attention, and entertaining.
