Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doni Purnama Alam Participates in Faculty Mobility at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka

Bandung, [June 10, 2024] – As a strategic step to support global academic development and expand international networks, Doni Purnama Alam, a Faculty Member from the Creativepreneurship Department, Bina Nusantara University, participated in the Faculty Mobility program at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Malaysia, from June 2 to 6, 2024. This program was designed to enhance academic competencies, deepen cross-border collaboration, and promote innovation in global-based learning.

This initiative continues the longstanding academic relationship between the two institutions. In 2024, collaborative research between Bina Nusantara University and UTeM resulted in two Scopus-indexed publications titled “Human-Computer Interaction and Knowledge Transfer: Study of E-Learning Achievement” and “The Effectiveness and Efficiency of Using E-Learning in a Digital Learning Environment.” These publications have made significant contributions to the development of e-learning studies and knowledge transfer in digital environments.

During the visit, Doni actively engaged in several key activities, including International Teaching with Assoc. Prof. Norfaridatul Akmaliah Othman from UTeM. Additionally, Curriculum Benchmarking and Industry Visits were conducted to strengthen the implementation of global-based curricula and gain insights into relevant business practices. This program is expected to open broader opportunities for collaboration, encompassing joint research, curriculum innovation, and student exchanges between the two institutions in the future.
