Eriana Astuty is a certified lecturer and certified researcher at Binus University interested in operational management, sustainability management, and entrepreneurship. This interest is related to the field of science she was involved in while taking bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management at Pasundan University Bandung, a Master’s Program in Management at the Bandung Institute of Technology, and a Doctoral Program at the Indonesian Education University, Bandung. The author’s expertise in performance excellence in higher education and the creative industry. The author does much research independently, internal institutional grant funding, and Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology grants. The author is also active in publishing in national/international journals, participating as a presenter at national/international conferences, and writing national/international book chapters. The author is actively doing community service and self-development. The author also works as a reviewer at SINTA-accredited national journals and Scopus-indexed international conferences.
