The following are eight stages of strategy in the customer value journey that must be implemented:

  1. Convert

Customers who claim coupons by exchanging their names, phone numbers, and emails. Provide an opportunity and prospects for our products or services that the customer will purchase. 

  1. Excite

Prospects and opportunities that actually occur when customers make transactions. Through this stage, our business must provide and prove the value we have to our customers. This is very important to give an ‘excited’ experience and provide satisfaction to customers so that they too can become loyal customers. 

  1. Ascend

Where customers make purchases from our core offerings, not through coupons or discounts. Going through this stage shows that we have succeeded in marketing and can get profits that continue to increase with the arrival of customers. 

  1. Advocate

Our business development to be better can be through reviews or feedback. Aside from being a business development suggestion, it is also a recommendation to closest friends and family and others who read it. This review is tangible evidence of the customer experience. 

  1. Promote

These customers can become active promoters who offer our products. An effective way is to build a community to promote our brand. The promoters can be done with a commission, free of charge according to their wishes because of their interest in our brand.
