Labuan Bajo, an emerging Priority Tourism Destination in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), has witnessed substantial expansion in culinary activities that enhance visitor experience, cultural identity, and local
economic empowerment. As digitization advances, tourist perceptions are increasingly manifested in online reviews on platforms like Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, GoFood, ShopeeFood, and TravelokaEats. These digital footprints provide significant insights into preferences, pricing, sanitation, service excellence, authenticity, and sustainability. This study utilizes sentiment analysis through Natural Language Processing (NLP) to evaluate online food reviews and investigate sustainability-related themes arising from user- generated material.
