Dr. John A. Pearce II, a distinguished scholar from Eastern University, USA, and recognized as a Top 2% Scientist in the World in 2020 by Stanford University, presented his findings. He emphasized that hybrid workers in US companies show higher engagement, better well-being, and lower turnover risks due to reduced burnout and improved retention.
