BINUS Online Learning (BION), in collaboration with Arc Australia Consulting, successfully conducted the second session of its Career Readiness Program titled “Build Your Personal Brand, Build Your Future.” The webinar was designed to equip students with practical insights into developing a strong professional identity and preparing themselves for an increasingly competitive global workforce.

The session featured two distinguished speakers, Linda Chuk, CPP CPA MBA, Executive Career Coach, and Fourteena P. Dewi, MBA, MMIT, Certified Team Coach, Management Practices, Business Strategy and Leadership Consultant, as well as Founder of Arc Australia Consulting. Together, they provided complementary perspectives that combined career coaching, leadership development, and real-world industry experience. Linda Chuk emphasized the importance of career readiness through continuous self-development and strategic career planning. She encouraged students to proactively identify their strengths, build confidence, and prepare themselves for lifelong learning in a rapidly evolving professional environment.

Meanwhile, Fourteena P. Dewi guided participants through the concept of personal branding as a professional identity, explaining that it is far more than social media visibility. Personal branding is a continuous journey of discovering who we are, communicating our value, and building credibility through experience, competencies, achievements, and collaboration. She also highlighted that in today\’s interconnected global workforce, a strong professional identity enables individuals to communicate their value effectively and opens opportunities for future career growth.

Equally important was the role of Baghas Budi Wicaksono, S.Pd., M.E., who served as the moderator. Rather than simply facilitating the discussion, the moderator actively created an engaging learning atmosphere by encouraging participants to reflect on their personal experiences, respond to thought-provoking questions, and participate in interactive discussions throughout the webinar. His facilitation connected the speakers\’ insights with the realities faced by BINUS Online students, making the session more relevant and practical.
