The Intra School Student Organization (abbreviated as OSIS) is an organization at the school level in Indonesia, starting from the elementary level to the top level. The activities themselves were carried out by researchers in the framework of Community Service which was supported by the BINUS University Entrepreneurship Study Program. The leadership training was carried out in one day, the results of the training showed an increase in the motivation of the OSIS board.
