“The visit to PMI and PT PGLSMID gave us hands-on exposure to the production process of home appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators. Beyond observing operational systems, we gained insights into safety protocols, workplace culture, monitoring systems, and continuous improvement strategies, which will enrich the practical knowledge we pass on to our students,” explained Taufik, Ph.D., Head of the Industrial Engineering Department.
