Garage Sale, Bukti BINUS UNIVERSITY Peduli Kusta

Jakarta – BINUS Teach For Indonesia (TFI), melalui Garage Sale, tergerak mengumpulkan dana membantu para penderita maupun mereka yang pernah mengidap penyakit kusta.

Garage Sale, Proof of BINUS UNIVERSITY Caring for Leprosy

Jakarta – BINUS Teach For Indonesia (TFI), through Garage Sale, was moved to raise funds to help sufferers and those who have had leprosy. Funds are collected by selling used goods that are suitable for use at affordable prices on January 20-26, 2012 at the Syahdan Campus, BINUS UNIVERSITY.

“Friends and sufferers who have had leprosy are not someone or a community to be isolated, they are the same as us who want to live properly and happily, can be accepted by the surrounding environment properly, can enjoy education, and others,” said Community Development Manager Maria Intan Setiadi.

In this activity which was held for the first time, the committee underwent a series of processes such as the delivery of information on collection of goods, sorting of goods and price classification. The results obtained will be used for the initial capital of the business community members of former leprosy sufferers.

“This activity is expected to be able to make them independent through independent business so that they and their families can live more decent lives to get education and improve their standard of living,” continued Maria Intan.
