Singapore Polytechnic (SP), Singapore, offers BINUS University students an opportunity to participate in the Temasek Foundation Specialists’ Community Action and Leadership Exchange (TF SCALE) 2024 with partial financial support. The TF SCALE 2024 brings students around ASEAN together to explore current circular design issues. During the TF SCALE 2024, participants will research, discuss, and create action plans that tackle regional problems relating to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

PROGRAM DATES
Part 1: March 3-16, 2024 (onsite in Singapore)
Part 2: September 2024 (dates TBC, onsite in Jakarta)

Please note that the attendance waiver is not provided by BINUS Internationalization. Please consult with your Head/Deputy Head of Department/Program or Academic Advisor about the atrendance waiver.

PARTIAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT

  • Return flights Jakarta–Singapore–Jakarta
  • Shared bedroom in Singapore (check-in March 3, check-out March 16)
  • Partial meals
  • Notes:
    • Transportations from home city to Jakarta, and from Jakarta to home city, must be arranged and paid by the selected students.
    • Accommodation needed before March 3 and after March 16 must be arranged and paid by the selected students.

To be eligible to apply for this program, you must:

  • Be highly motivated, assertive, and open-minded
  • Be an active BINUS student from all majors and campuses
  • Have a good command of English, both speaking and writing
  • Have a strong interest in circular design, sustainability, and entrepreneurship as well as in developing community
  • Are committed to joining and actively participating in the whole program
  • Posses passport valid until September 30, 2024
