University Diversity Officer
BINUS University has established dedicated units responsible for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and human rights across campus. Mandated by university leadership, these units—such as Good Organization Governance (GOG), Human Capital (HC), and the Student Advisory and Support Center (SASC)—advise on and implement policies, programs, and training in these areas. Their work includes upholding ethical standards, managing conflict, and offering inclusive student services to ensure an equitable environment for all stakeholders. These efforts are supported by official policies like Rector’s Decree 0136A, which outlines commitments to equality and human rights, as well as the student handbook and staff regulations. Additionally, BINUS embodies Indonesia’s national principle of Bhineka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity), underscoring its commitment to an inclusive campus.
