- Health & Well-Being Day: This dedicated event includes activities such as blood pressure checks, mood assessments, adult coloring, bead making, and consultations with doctors and psychologists. Additional initiatives like gratitude boards and confession boxes encourage positive emotional expression among students.
- First Aid Facilities: Each campus is equipped with a first aid room containing essential medical supplies, including oxygen tanks, patient beds, and blood pressure monitors. Trained nurses with first aid expertise are available to provide immediate medical assistance.
- Mental Health Programs: The university regularly organizes seminars, exhibitions, and workshops focusing on stress management, mindfulness, and self-care techniques to support mental well-being. For example, In October 2024, BINUS University’s Student Advisory and Support Center (SASC) organized the SASC Festival 2024 themed “Discover Your Resources,” coinciding with Mental Health Awareness Month. This three-day event featured workshops, tutorials, expos, and seminars aimed at promoting mental health awareness and providing students with essential resources. Activities included sign language classes, basic coding and drawing tutorials, grooming workshops, and music therapy sessions. A notable seminar titled “Sail or Fail: Conquering the Sea of Stress” addressed stress management techniques, underscoring the university’s dedication to mental health education.

For instance, Mandaya Royal Hospital is renowned for its patient-centered care and advanced medical technology, offering specialized services that align with BINUS University’s commitment to health and wellness.
