Bina Nusantara (BINUS) University implements the Good Organization Governance (GOG) to combat organized crime, corruption, and bribery. As part of this commitment, BINUS has established:

  1. Whistleblowing system
BINUS provides an opportunity for all stakeholders to report any violations of integrity or other irregularities through a reporting channel called the whistleblowing system (WBS). The types of irregularities that should be reported through WBS are fraud in various forms such as GRATIFICATION, BRIBERY, a CONFLICT OF INTEREST, the MANIPULATION of funds or assets, DECEIT, FORGERY, etc.
  2. Research Watch
BINUS allows all stakeholders to report violations of Academic Integrity in Research and publications through a whistleblowing system (WBS) called “Research Watch”. The violations that should be reported through “Research Watch” are FABRICATION, FALSIFICATION, MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS, PLAGIARISM and UNETHICAL AUTHORSHIP.

All BINUS Personnel are not permitted to request or receive gratification or gifts from Stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, clients, customer or other partners).

These principles are articulated in the Binus Integrity Pact and the Addendum I to CEO Decree No. 001/FIN.CEO/XI/2013 (Effective February 2022) on GOG Implementation. This commitment to integrity is consistently communicated to students, faculty, and staff. To demonstrate BINUS’s dedication to upholding these principles, the university reserves the right to revoke degrees from alumni proven to have engaged in corruption and to expel students found guilty of cheating, including academic dishonesty during examinations.
