As the Chief Operating Officer, my role throughout this journey was to ensure that our ideas could be translated into real, executable actions. From supporting the CEO in decision-making to moderating team discussions, I was deeply involved in keeping the team aligned and moving forward. This role taught me that leadership is not about having all the answers, but about helping the team find the best direction together.

Throughout our six-month journey, we encountered numerous challenges, both major and minor. From technical issues such as deformed prototypes and imperfect 3D designs that resulted in rough textures, to internal challenges like communication gaps and differing perspectives, the process was far from smooth. However, what stood out most to me was how we faced every problem together. Even when execution was far from perfect, we consistently chose collaboration over blame, and progress over perfection.

This experience taught me invaluable lessons about adaptability and leadership. I learned how to adjust goals when circumstances changed, how to understand different personalities within a team, and how trust plays a crucial role in any collaborative effort. Being both a leader and a team member helped me understand that leadership is not about control, but about guidance, empathy, and shared responsibility.

In closing, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Madam Irene, our lecturer and mentor, who guided us patiently whenever we felt uncertain. Her guidance helped us stay grounded and focused throughout the process. I am also incredibly grateful to my teammates for their resilience, trust, and support. This journey was not just about building a product, but about growing together as individuals and as a team.
