Sweet and Whisk
On November 22, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Sweet and Whisk will participate in the Bi-Fest event held at Binus University @Alam Sutera. During this event, we will introduce our signature Dessert Jar product, available in three delightful variants: Chocolate, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Matcha, each priced at Rp35,000. Our primary target audience includes Binus University students, but lecturers and other visitors are also welcome to purchase. This initiative is part of our mission to expand the dessert jar market within Tangerang City, an area with significant potential for growth.
Our production process emphasizes precision and sustainability. Every ingredient is carefully measured to ensure consistent quality. Additionally, we package our dessert jars in glass containers paired with wooden spoons to promote eco-friendly practices within the community. The preparation of 45 jars takes two days, culminating in a high-quality, ready-to-enjoy product. To streamline operations, we have opened a pre-order system, allowing customers to reserve their jars in advance. On the day of the Bi-Fest, our focus will be on distributing these pre-ordered jars efficiently while also catering to walk-in buyers. This event represents a significant step toward establishing Sweet and Whisk as a prominent name in the local dessert market.
