by D5655 Hariyatno

Performance is an effort that an individual or team would do to achieve the goals in every aspect. Performance according to Sedarmayanti (2011: 260) defines performance is the work of a worker, a management process or an organization as a whole, where the results of such work must be shown proof in concrete and measurable. According to Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara (2009: 67) argues that Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given. Hasibuan (2006) defines that performance is the result of work achieved in executing the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, sincerity and time for the company.

From these theories, concludes that performance is the work that can be accomplished person or group of people within an organization in accordance with the authority and responsibility given to each individual in order to achieve the organizational goals. Company performance is the work that run by company in order to evaluate the efficiency and effectively of company`s activities in current period of time.
