Students from the Business Hotel Management (BHM) program at BINUS University representing the BINUSIAN 2028 and 2029 participated in the Hilton Educare 2026 initiative on April 16, 2026. Held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Diponegoro from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB, the immersive industrial visit gave the students direct exposure to top-tier operational standards and corporate culture within one of the world’s most iconic hotel chains.

Accompanied by faculty members from the Business Hotel Management department, the students participated in a structured series of sessions designed to unpack Hilton’s global business model, service philosophy, and commitment to guest satisfaction. The interactive morning presentations provided a deep dive into the operational frameworks and strategic management principles that drive success across Hilton’s international portfolio.

A major highlight of the visit was an exclusive behind-the-scenes perspective on hotel management and talent pipeline development. Hotel executives and department heads shared invaluable insights into modern guest relations, food and beverage strategy, and back-of-house efficiency. These discussions allowed B28 and B29 students to connect their academic theories with the dynamic realities of managing a premium international property.

Beyond theoretical knowledge, the event offered dedicated networking opportunities where students explored potential internship pathways and future leadership trajectories within Hilton. By interacting with industry practitioners, participants gained a clearer vision of the skills, adaptability, and mindset required to thrive in today’s evolving hospitality landscape.

Through events like Hilton Educare, BINUS Business Hotel Management continues to strengthen its industry partnerships, ensuring that BINUSIAN 2028 and 2029 cohorts graduate with strong professional networks, global perspectives, and a drive toward service excellence.
