ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The program focus on exploring the opportunity to be a Hotelier or a Foodpreneur. With establishment that operates as a simulated hotel. Students will learn starting from guest relation, front office, housekeeping, to Kitchen and Culinary Business, Pastry and Bakery Operation and Business, Restaurant and Bar, and Food and Beverage management. The students will gain hands-on experience in all aspect of Hotel operations and research and development in creating Business products.
