TUT WURI HANDAYANI
“Tut Wuri Handayani” is a national educational philosophy in Indonesia, originally coined by Ki Hajar Dewantara, the father of Indonesian education. It translates to “Leading from Behind,” symbolising the importance of educators guiding and empowering students to be independent learners. At BINUS University, this philosophy aligns with our mission to inspire and nurture students to achieve their fullest potential and become lifelong learners.
