Kegiatan Company Visit ke YOGYA Group memberikan saya fondasi pengetahuan terhadap retail brand yang tak lekang oleh zaman, dengan berbagai strategi pemasaran yang menyesuaikan kebutuhan konsumen, serta komitmen moral yang dijunjung tinggi, membuat brand YOGYA mempunyai reputasi yang khusus di hati konsumen, sampai kepada beradaptasi dengan digitalisasi yang sekarang semakin masif. Sebagai mahasiswa kita menjadi lebih reflektif ketika melihat berbagai brand retail, apakah brand tersebut memberikan benefit yang besar satu sama lain? Apakah ada komitmen moral dalam berbagai kegiatan dan kebijakannya? Dan yang terpenting, jika kita membuat brand serupa apa yang bakal kita jadikan acuan? Pada akhirnya semuanya berkontribusi terhadap nalar kritis kewirausahaan diri saya sendiri.
Overall, the company visit was a highly enriching experience. It bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, providing me with a clearer understanding of the business world. I gained a lot of insights, ranging from the warehouse, the products stored, the marketing office, and the regulations that exist in the company. I also received materials and knowledge, as well as information about how a company builds and maintains its position among many competitors. Despite the seriousness, I really enjoyed the sharing sessions because it was so fun when we could also get the asks and answers session from the speakers. It increasingly became clear that consistency in business and strategy is needed, as satisfactory results are never obtained in a short time, everything needs to go through a process.
