Novinda obtained her bachelor degree in Financial Analysis on 2015-2019. She pursued her Master’s degree in National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (NYUST) Taiwan, 2020 until 2022. She was granted full scholarship from NYUST university on her first and second year. During her university years, she was assigned to be Teaching Assistant of Seminar on International Business and International Business Management. Thus, sparks her interest in International Business.

Her research interest are international Business, Cross-Culture Management, and firm’s performance. Currently, her research area focuses on digitalization and firm’s performance.
