I am immensely grateful for the invaluable opportunity provided by the Temasek Foundation and Singapore Polytechnic to participate in the TFSCALE student exchange 2024. Throughout this enriching experience, I had the privilege of collaborating with fellow Binus and Singapore Polytechnic students to tackle a challenging case. This journey taught me invaluable lessons in problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity. Working alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds, I gained a deeper appreciation for different perspectives and learned to approach challenges with adaptability and resilience. This exchange was not only about solving a case but also about fostering personal growth and developing essential skills for the future.
