BINUS University places great importance on maintaining ethical standards throughout the institution. To ensure adherence to ethical practices, the university has established several ethics-related units. These units are supervised by appointed senior officials responsible for ethical matters across the institution, working in collaboration with various departments, including:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

<\/td>\nIn supporting the university’s ethical framework, Student Support ensures the realization of Good Organization Governance (GOG) among students, with a strong focus on transparency and accountability.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2<\/td>\nAcademic Committee<\/span><\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nThe Academic Committee is responsible for addressing and resolving various academic violations involving faculty ethical codes. The committee\u2019s goal is to uphold academic integrity and ensure that the professionalism of faculty members is maintained within the institution.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3<\/td>\nBINUS Internal Audit & Governance Team<\/span><\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nThis team oversees the implementation of Good Organization Governance (GOG), ensuring compliance with ethical standards, transparency, and integrity across the institution. This is outlined in Addendum I to CEO Decree No. 001\/FIN.CEO\/XI\/2013 (Effective February 2022) on GOG Implementation. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\na<\/td>\nWhistleblowing System (WBS)<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n<\/td>\nThis system enables all stakeholders to report any integrity violations, such as bribery, conflicts of interest, fraud, or other misconduct.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nb<\/td>\nResearchWatch<\/span> \u2013 ACADEMIC<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n<\/td>\nThis system allows all stakeholders to report violations of Academic Integrity in Research<\/span>, including <\/span>fabrication, falsification, multiple submissions, <\/span>plagiarism<\/span> and unethical authorship<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

<\/td>\nThis department \u202fplays a crucial role in managing conflicts and conducting fact-finding investigations related to inquiries, complaints, and internal and external issues. With <\/span>expertise<\/span> in conflict management, the HC department provides advice and guidance on HR policies and practices, ensuring a conducive work environment. They also <\/span>facilitate<\/span> communication and employee engagement strategies, encouraging two-way communication and feedback between executives and employees<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
