Depression?\u00a0And\u00a0Easy\u00a0to\u00a0cry? Yep, these three things we must often feel\u00a0during\u00a0this Covid-19 pandemic.\u00a0Undeniably,\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0been\u00a0more than\u00a0one year that we live with various limitations and try to adjust to some new habits. The three things above are natural for every human being today, considering that before the pandemic,\u00a0where\u00a0almost everyone socialized, went to work, went to school, and did various other activities outside the home.\u00a0Moreover, the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on several aspects, such as education, economy, social, tourism, to health. One of the impacts on health aspects that arise today is the decline in mental health.\u00a0To overcome those problems, here are several ways to stay productive during\u00a0pandemic<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559731&quot;:720,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>Enough sleep\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As individuals, we must have enough sleep. In general, humans need 8 hours of sleep. Sleep time has a big role in a person&#8217;s mental health, this is because if a person&#8217;s sleep time is not enough it will have an impact on the psychological state and mental health. Psychological impacts that will arise if a person&#8217;s sleep time is not enough are depression, anxiety disorders, and several other disorders.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559731&quot;:720,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em><strong>Regular Exercise\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The number of daily activities makes humans need relaxation for their bodies. Exercise is one thing that can be done to relieve boredom and boredom. One of the sports that can relax the body is yoga.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em><strong>Setting boundaries between work and daily activities \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">During\u00a0a pandemic like this, an individual must be smart to divide time between work and other activities. This is very important for workers, because without us realizing it, WFH or Work from Home\u00a0drains\u00a0a lot of our time which we can usually use to spend time with family, friends, or rest. The advantage of an individual is to set boundaries so that burnout does not occur or a situation where the individual experiences excessive stress or fatigue.
