Bicycles are the most environmentally friendly and efficient means of transportation. Without fuel and electricity, this transportation can bring us into the place where we want to go. However, did you know that riding a bicycle is far more beneficial to your health than riding a motorcycle? Here are some of the benefits that you will get from riding a bicycle.<\/p>\n

  1. Healthy heart<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Bicycle pedaling activities can increase heart rate rhythm. That way your heart health is more guaranteed. A fast heartbeat can dilate blood vessels so that you do not easily experience fatigue.<\/p>\n

    1. Healthy bones<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Cycling activities (especially in the morning) make your skin inevitably exposed to sunlight. The fact says, during your 15 minutes exposure to sunlight, the sun’s rays will be converted into vitamin D which is very beneficial for bone strength and body growth.<\/p>\n

      1. Increase Stamina<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        As alluded in the first point, a rapid heartbeat when pedaling a bicycle makes blood vessels dilate. If blood vessels dilate, the faster the oxygen flowed to all organs of the body. With enough oxygen, your body will always be fit and healthy.<\/p>\n

        1. Relieve Stress<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          If you are biking, you are indirectly looking at the environment. The activity of looking at the environment can refresh your mind. Yes … at least it can make you forget the tiring \u00a0work in \u00a0front of the computer.<\/p>\n

          1. Reduce Weight<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Bicycle pedaling involves all the muscles in your body. It is clearly that cycling activities can burn enough calories. Fat that accumulates (especially in the thighs) will be reduced and replaced by muscles. As a result, you will lose weight.<\/p>\n

            1. Save money<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Yes, if you use a bicycle then you don’t need to worry about the monthly funds that have to be spent for service. You also don’t need to spend money to buy fuel. Cycling makes you healthy and able to save money.<\/p>\n

              1. Pollution free<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
