Moreover,\u00a0women\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0rural\u00a0area should also have a special space to develop and improve their skills. This article would take a deeper part to analyze about how the\u00a0social\u00a0and\u00a0economic\u00a0implication of the\u00a0communication\u00a0network\u00a0pattern\u00a0among the\u00a0community\u00a0member. This is broadening the analysist of the previous research that has been done by the writer about Communication\u00a0Network\u00a0Pattern\u00a0of\u00a0Rural\u00a0Women\u00a0Pelangi Nusantara\u00a0Community\u00a0in\u00a0Malang\u00a0Region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In\u00a0addition, the factors of\u00a0network\u00a0communication\u00a0pattern\u00a0that influenced the developing and sustainability of the\u00a0community\u00a0also becoming a part of the discussion. The results show that the\u00a0communication\u00a0network\u00a0pattern\u00a0is a wheel. This wheel\u00a0pattern\u00a0has the advantage that the rapid flow of information and command given from the founder to the leaders. So that the quality and quantity of production remains the same as\u00a0in\u00a0the Pelanusa OPS. The disadvantage of this\u00a0pattern\u00a0is, because of the centered information and\u00a0communication, members who have no position\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0community\u00a0have no access to share their needs and their capability\u00a0in\u00a0designing and producing the product. Regarding the\u00a0economic\u00a0and\u00a0social\u00a0situation, showed that there is no significant change\u00a0in\u00a0rural\u00a0women\u00a0members of the\u00a0economic\u00a0situation.
