Dalam keilmuan <em>Public Relations<\/em>, membangun <em>brand value<\/em> memiliki maksud yaitu menciptakan komunikasi yang konsisten dan positif, serta memberikan informasi yang relevan kepada audiens. Misalnya, perusahaan yang secara aktif berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas sosial atau lingkungan yang langsung terjun ke lapangan.
