Namun, paper Explainable AI menunjukkan bahwa kecanggihan teknis saja tidak cukup. Pengguna perlu merasa bahwa AI itu transparan, fair, trustworthy, dan tidak bias dalam membantu keputusan belanja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"16463\" data-end=\"16736\">Masalahnya, banyak startup memakai AI dengan logika internal: \u201cyang penting akurat.\u201d Padahal dari perspektif pelanggan, AI yang akurat tetapi tidak bisa dijelaskan bisa terasa mencurigakan. Rekomendasi yang terlalu agresif bisa membuat pelanggan merasa sedang dimanipulasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"16738\" data-end=\"17058\">Riset user behavior data memberi konteks tambahan. Data perilaku pengguna memang bisa meningkatkan desain interface, conversion, revenue, dan retention. Tetapi semakin dalam startup memakai data perilaku, semakin besar kebutuhan untuk menjaga etika, transparansi, dan kepercayaan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"17060\" data-end=\"17435\">Riset e-impulsive buying menunjukkan bahwa rewards, social influencers, dan display bisa mendorong pembelian impulsif Gen Z. Ini bisa menjadi peluang growth, tetapi juga risiko. Ketika AI, reward, dan desain visual digabung tanpa batas etis, startup bisa menciptakan sistem yang efektif menjual tetapi buruk untuk trust jangka panjang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"17437\" data-end=\"17814\">Insight untuk startup leader: gunakan AI untuk membantu keputusan pelanggan, bukan mengeksploitasi kelemahan perilaku mereka. Jelaskan kenapa produk direkomendasikan, beri kontrol pada pengguna, hindari dark pattern, dan ukur kepuasan setelah transaksi.
