The pre-sent study measures the<br \/>\nstudents&#8217; intention in using online private tutoring. The measurement was conducted with a<br \/>\nstructural equation model analysis. The ex-pectation confirmation model was used as the<br \/>\nmeasurement instrument. A total of 150 students across Indonesia were analyzed as the case<br \/>\nstudy. Five hypotheses were proposed to be tested. The result highlights the acceptance of<br \/>\nmost hypotheses except for the fourth hypothesis. Confirmation to Perceived Useful-ness is<br \/>\nrevealed to have the most substantial relationship. Perceived Usefulness is revealed to be a<br \/>\nsignificant predictor of Continuance Intention with the mediation of Satisfaction. The insight in<br \/>\nthis study can help online private tutoring providers improve the service and public education<br \/>\nto narrow the gap between the ad-vancement of the private sector in education and the<br \/>\neducational sector as a whole.
