Topics presented in this course are Introduction to Operations Management, Product Design, Quality Management, Process Design, Capacity Planning, with Content Formats include Productivity, Decision Tree, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Crossover Chart, Break-Even Analysis,  Location Decision, Layout Decision, Managing the Supply Chain, Aggregate Scheduling, Material Requirement Planning, and Scheduling for the Short Term. Total duration for finishing all materials for 100 minutes, after learning this course students are expected to apply knowledge of management practices especially operation management.
