In the era of accelerated digital transformation, strategic information technology planning has become a critical factor in ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT capabilities. An IT Strategic Plan or IT Master Plan serves as a roadmap that guides the development, utilization, and governance of IT to deliver optimal value to the organization. This training syllabus is designed to equip participants with conceptual understanding and practical skills in developing a structured, measurable, and business-aligned IT Strategic Plan. The program emphasizes strategic perspectives, IT governance, risk management, and value-driven decision-making.

📋 Deskripsi Pelatihan

Di tengah percepatan transformasi digital, perencanaan strategis teknologi informasi menjadi faktor kunci dalam memastikan keselarasan antara strategi bisnis dan kapabilitas TI. IT Strategic Plan atau IT Master Plan berfungsi sebagai peta jalan (roadmap) yang mengarahkan pengembangan, pemanfaatan, dan pengelolaan TI agar memberikan nilai optimal bagi organisasi.

Silabus pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan praktis dalam menyusun IT Strategic Plan yang terstruktur, terukur, dan selaras dengan tujuan organisasi. Pelatihan ini menekankan perspektif strategis, tata kelola TI, manajemen risiko, serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis prioritas dan nilai bisnis.
