This training aims to equip managers with a solid understanding of the role and utilization of Information Technology (IT) in supporting business strategy, decision-making, operational efficiency, and risk management.   • Managerial roles in IT governance

  • Relationship between IT governance and organizational performance

Session 5 – IT Risk and Cyber Security Awareness

Session 6 – AI and Generative AI

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali para manajer dengan pemahaman yang memadai mengenai peran dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam mendukung strategi bisnis, pengambilan keputusan, efisiensi operasional, dan pengelolaan risiko.
