📋 Training Overview

Information Technology (IT) Governance is a critical element in ensuring that IT investments and utilization deliver optimal value to the organization while effectively managing risks and ensuring compliance. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies), as an internationally recognized framework, provides a structured end-to-end approach for governing and managing IT.

The IT Governance Implementation (COBIT 5 & COBIT 2019) training is designed to equip participants with both conceptual understanding and practical skills in implementing IT governance based on COBIT 5 and COBIT 2019. The training focuses on mapping business goals to IT goals, designing governance systems, assessing capability and maturity levels, and developing realistic and sustainable implementation roadmaps. 📋 Deskripsi Pelatihan

Tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (IT Governance) merupakan elemen penting dalam memastikan bahwa investasi dan pemanfaatan TI memberikan nilai optimal bagi organisasi, sekaligus mengelola risiko dan memastikan kepatuhan. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) sebagai framework internasional menyediakan pendekatan terstruktur untuk mengelola dan mengendalikan TI secara end-to-end.

Pelatihan IT Governance Implementation (COBIT 5 & COBIT 2019) ini dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan pemahaman konseptual dan kemampuan praktis dalam menerapkan tata kelola TI berdasarkan COBIT 5 dan COBIT 2019. Fokus pelatihan mencakup pemetaan tujuan bisnis ke tujuan TI, desain sistem tata kelola, penilaian kapabilitas dan maturitas, serta penyusunan roadmap implementasi yang realistis dan berkelanjutan.
