EA merupakan pendekatan sistematis untuk merancang, mengelola, dan menyelaraskan struktur organisasi, proses bisnis, sistem informasi, dan teknologi agar seluruh elemen organisasi bergerak harmonis mencapai strategi bisnis.

Framework TOGAF® dari The Open Group digunakan sebagai acuan utama dalam pelatihan ini, dengan pendekatan praktikal, studi kasus, serta simulasi implementasi.
