Description
The improvement of the Voice of Customer framework from an e-marketplace using a text mining approach is research conducted by Samuel as part of the Research Track. This research aims to analyze customer reviews from Tokopedia and Shopee using Python. The analysis includes data mining, data cleansing, data classification, and a comparison of results between the VADER and Support Vector Machine methods. The purpose of this research is to help MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) better understand and adapt to customer feedback on their products.
