Along with technological advancements, BAZNAS (National Board of Zakat) has introduced e-payment services through the BAZNAS Jombang website to provide convenience for donors. In order to enhance the user experience, a research study was conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The research results are expected to serve as a basis for the company in making decisions related to user experience.
