Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, all university must report lecture data through the Feeder so that data enters PDDIKTI based on a certain period. Therefore, PT SEVIMA as an IT consulting company provides a solution to make it easier for universities to report their academic data by creating the GoFeeder application. However, as many complaints have been submitted, some of the complaints experienced by users are that the data features presented are not accommodated according to needs, in which case the researcher will focus on the GoFeeder Dashboard. To analyze the value of user experience with the aim of being able to find out the problem in detail, it is necessary to use a heuristic evaluation approach. In addition. questionnaires and in-depth interviews were also taken to take the assessment of GoFeeder users so that they would know firsthand their experiences. The results of the research will be improvements to the application design on the indicator that has the lowest score in the questionnaire to be used as suggestions for improvements for developers for the convenience of application users
