The main purpose of creating this thesis is to identify problems and provide appropriate solutions to problems that occur in companies, especially in the management of inventory asset data, supported by analysis of running systems to get the necessary information. The design method used for this study is Waterfall. The main problem in this study is that there is no centralized data because the teams still record the details of the activity separately. As a result, activity data and changes in server assets are not well integrated. The results achieved are that it makes it easier for sysadmin staff to monitor activity history and makes it easier for employees to manage server assets. The conclusion of making this thesis is with a system to regulate activity history and asset data so that it can make easier than the previous system.
