PT XYZ Manufacturing is a manufacturing company engaged in the assembly and distribution of bicycles. Asset management, reporting and handling of machine downtime at PT XYZ Manufacturing is currently carried out manually and has not been integrated, causing problems and less than-optimal company performance. In the last six months, 377 minutes of machine downtime were counted, of which 75% were machine repair processes, 19% were corrective maintenance submission processes, and 6% were machine spare part search processes. This research aims to reduce machine downtime by reducing processing time for corrective maintenance by 50% and spare part search time by 30%. This study uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodology in system development with the waterfall model and OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) analysis. The development of an integrated system is expected to facilitate asset data management and reduce machine downtime by automating the filing process and handling machine downtime.
