The purpose of this research is to help SMA Negeri 5 Kota Pariaman to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process to be better and more efficient. The Smart Learning Information System is a learning method in the form of a website to support a more effective and efficient distance learning process that can replace the position and task of teachers in delivering learning materials, providing assignments and practice questions, and helping students to learn more independently individually anywhere and anytime. Anytime with the availability of clear, structured, and connected data. The design and development of the Smart learning Information System are carried out by implementing agile development and the SCRUM Framework to produce a system in the form of a website that is in accordance with user needs within a specified time. The design and development of the Smart Learning information system use linear regression quantitative methods in testing the system using questionnaire data. This research can still be developed from the Smart Learning object by using a wider user limit or a different version that can affect a better evaluation of the use of the Smart Learning Information System
